We will do our best to assist in the investigation, but we cannot guarantee resolution for lost or stolen items.
  3. Damaged Items:

    • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. To report a damaged item, email us at hello@missingpiececollective.com with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue. We will gladly replace your damaged item.
  4. Refund Process:

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
